What we look for
Primarily, Law graduates (with or without LPC/BPTC) who are seeking roles which give them CV-boosting legal, business or finance experience.
As we may secure a variety of in-house roles in Tier One investment banks, we will also consider graduates in Economics, Finance or similar.
We look for smart, self-starters who like a challenge. Individuals who are high calibre in every way; who want to really get under the skin of our clients and see how law and business operate up close and who are willing to put in the effort to get outstanding legal, financial, business experience to enhance their CV.
Our starting point is strong academics but great grades are not the only thing we consider. Personality and determination to succeed also play a large part in the profile of our successful candidates. We seek driven, ambitious people who want something more than 'just another paralegal job' before they start their training contract.
